01Your account

Keep your credentials secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old.

02Your content

You keep all rights to the prompts, files and results you create. You give us the limited permission needed to store, process and transmit them to provide the service, including sending them to the generation provider you select.

03Generated results

Results are produced by third-party models and may be inaccurate, similar to other works or unsuitable for your purpose. Review them before use. Each provider’s usage policy also applies to content generated with its models; check commercial-use terms for the model you choose.

04Acceptable use

You must not use Nonda to:

• break the law or infringe others’ rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy and image rights;
• create sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that harasses, threatens or promotes violence;
• create deceptive impersonations or misinformation intended to mislead;
• attack, overload or reverse engineer the service or bypass its limits.

05Credits and payments

Credits are consumed when a provider completes a generation. Purchased credits are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise or a generation failed on our side. Prices are shown before purchase.

06Availability

We work to keep Nonda available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Model availability depends on third-party providers and may change.

07Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

08Ending the agreement

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

09Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the country where the provider is established, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country.
