Preliminary Information Form

This form has been prepared to inform the consumer before a contract is concluded, under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and Article 5 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

2. Main characteristics of the service

A digital credit pack used to generate content with artificial intelligence on the Nonda platform. Credits are used for image, video, audio and text generations in the amount displayed before generation. Monthly plan credits are valid for 30 days. Annual plans are paid in full once at a 20% discount, with credits released in monthly allocations over twelve months. Unused monthly credits do not roll over. Team prices and shared credits depend on the current member count. Plans do not charge again automatically. Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.

3. Price and payment

  • Pack prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT; VAT is added at checkout and shown separately before payment. Turkish card payments are collected in Turkish lira using the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye USD selling rate on the payment date; the lira amount is shown in the order summary before payment. There are no additional charges (shipping, etc.).
  • Payment is collected by credit or debit card in a single charge through the Nonda checkout form using Tami, with 3D Secure.
  • Card details pass over an encrypted connection through the Nonda server directly to Tami; Nonda does not store card numbers or security codes or write them to application logs.

4. Delivery

Monthly plan credits and the first annual-plan allocation are added electronically and immediately after payment approval. Later annual allocations are released on each calendar-month anniversary.

5. Right of withdrawal

Under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, there is no right of withdrawal for services performed immediately in an electronic environment and intangible goods delivered immediately. As your credits are added immediately upon purchase, you have no right of withdrawal under this agreement. 6. Complaints and objections

You may send complaints to kesit@kesityayinlari.com. In the event of a dispute, you may apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees within the monetary thresholds announced annually, or to Consumer Courts above those thresholds.
