KVKK information notice

02Data processed and purposes
Identity and contact data (name, email), customer transaction data (usage, credits, payments), transaction security data (IP, session, user agent) and content you store on our servers are processed to provide the service, ensure security, fulfil legal obligations and handle your requests.
03Legal grounds
Performance of a contract, legal obligations, legitimate interests and, where required, explicit consent (KVKK Article 5).
04Transfers
Prompts and files you submit for generation are transferred to the provider you select (Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI, Google (Gemini, Imagen, Veo), DeepSeek, xAI, Mistral AI, OpenRouter, fal.ai and ElevenLabs), which may be abroad, to perform the service you request (KVKK Article 9).
05Your rights
Under Article 11 you may learn whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose, know recipients, request correction or deletion, object to automated results and claim damages. Contact us by email at kvkk@nonda.ai.
